Her attentiveness to detail as evident within the initial days of listing our property, as she consistently provided updates via texts and personal phone calls. The phone calls and texts meant a lot to us as it provided us with current information of what was happening as we progressed in the sale. She went out of her way to personally speak with my wife and I about important updates. Additionally, she made several home visits to pick up important documents in the progress of the sale. Of several minor issues that came up she immediately took action and resolved the problem. With her great assistance we were able to come to the close of escrow a lot sooner than the anticipated date. We will always recommend her to family, friends and relatives as a professional real estate agent. She made such a great impression with us that we already decided that we are going to give her the listing of our primary residence in the near future to Susan. We truly appreciated her traditional leadership style as she maintained hard copies of all important documents and was able to quickly discover and resolve financial error made by the escrow office the day before the closing that saved us a lot of money!
